New teamwork features: Collaboration just got easier
Create projects in shared Collections, invite a collaborator on Personal plans, and enjoy a special treat for Extra users—SSO for enhanced management and security.
We’re rolling out three updates that make collaboration on Readymag more accessible, more flexible, and more streamlined.
Project creation in shared collections
Collaborators can now directly create and edit projects within shared Collections. This feature is ideal for designers who need to work directly with clients in their accounts, enhancing both teamwork and project management.

Collaborators now on Personal plans
A major update for Personal plan users: you can now add one collaborator to your projects. The collaborator gains full editing and publishing capabilities, making it perfect for teams where each member is a creator.
SSO for Extra plan users
Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available for corporate users on the Extra plan, streamlining team access by enabling users to log in with company credentials. This feature not only simplifies team management but also enhances business security. To activate SSO, fill out the form in Profile settings. After a setup period of no longer than 72 hours, users with a specified email domain will gain seamless access to shared Collections. We support all SAMLv2 authentication providers, ensuring both compatibility and security.
